Vivian Negrón Rivera is a Puerto Rican architect with years of experience in the design, construction, expansion and renovation of public and private buildings, institutions, and historic sites. She has particular expertise in the design and improvement of healthcare facilities and the restoration of cultural landmarks.

Healthcare facilities include the design of the Pediatric Emergency and Intensive Care Units of the Hospital UPR in Carolina, Puerto Rico and the expansion and renovation of the Hospital Damas in Ponce. Restorations of cultural landmarks and historic sites include the Casa de la Cultura in Rio Piedras, the Casa de la Cultura in Hatillo, the Museo y Archivo Historico in Coamo as well as Coamo’s town hall. Vivian provides the firm with a wealth of experience in both of these fields and more, collected throughout her long career developing all manner of projects.

Other architectural and urban design projects include parks, medical offices, laboratories, restaurants, cafeterias, stores, hotels, apartments, law firms, chapels, and parishes.
